During this 7-day eCourse, you will receive one email per day with information about self-care and why it's important. Plus, you'll also receive tips and ideas for how you can incorporate self-care into your life no matter how busy your schedule is. Just 5 minutes a day can have a profound effect on your health.
My goal is to keep the email shared each day manageable and implementable. Within each email, you will receive info on that day's topic, as well as action questions that will prompt you to dive a little deeper into what you have learned. It may be helpful to have a journal or a Word doc on your computer or phone where you can jot down notes and thoughts as you go through this course.
